Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Yanceyville & Durham, NC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Operations Manager will oversee daily sales and service operations, ensure process efficiency, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with operational standards and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operations management, organizational development, strategic planning, and/or team leadership
• Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and budget management
• Knowledge and compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis, using metrics to drive decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with industrial industries is advantageous
