You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts.
What will you do?
- Develop relationships with decision makers and build champions
- Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities through phone, email, and video.
- Maintain and Grow our Loyal Customer Base by Building Relationships and Solving Problems
- Use Salesforce to effectively maintain an accurate pipeline of all sales opportunities, contacts and account history
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities and retain business as recurring revenue
- Quickly convert qualified leads to closed revenue
- Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
- Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
- Have a High energy!
- Be Self-motivated and self-managed
- The ability to overcome objections and create solutions to solve problems
- Commitment to providing an exceptional Customer Journey
- Solving Problems while being a subject matter expert
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 - 4 years of quota-carrying experience
- Proven rapport and understanding of industrial markets such ac construction, agriculture, transportation etc.
- Experience selling over the phone utilizing current technologies.
- Track record of high achievement
- The ability to make friends easily
- Have a keen attention to detail and a do-it-right mentality
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- High level of capacity to use phone, computer, and associated software.
