Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, medicare, and financial services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support day-to-day agency operations
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Natural leadership skills with a passion for developing others
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Commitment to ethical business practices
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses required; assistance available
- Series 6, 63, & 65 preferred, but not required.
