Farmers Insurance District 30 is seeking motivated, driven individuals to join our unique training program. You will be guided and trained by the best, along with gaining hands-on, real world experience. Once you graduate the program, you will receive a graduation bonus, plus a sign-on bonus, plus a highly competitive commission structure for the first 3 years; including bonus opportunities monthly, quarterly, and yearly. You’ll gain practical exposure to agency operations, sales, and client relationship management while being supported by experienced leaders. Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, medicare, and financial services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support day-to-day agency operations
- Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
- Engage in community outreach and networking activities
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Commitment to ethical business practices
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing classes provided)
- Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain - licensing classes provided)
