Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor | Leonard Florence Center for Living
$81,000 - $86,000/annually, based on experience
Full-Time | 40hrs per week

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Lead and oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high quality and performance standards.
- Manage floor care, carpet cleaning, waste disposal, and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident satisfaction, address concerns, and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Housekeeping/Laundry in a hospital, long-term care, or healthcare setting required
- Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
