What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator (330 pm - midnight) position at Chelsea Building Products?
Chelsea Building Products, an industry leader in extrusion manufacturing, compound function, and building product development has an immediate full time opportunity available for an experienced Machine Operator.
We are searching for an individual to assist in machine setup/tear down and operation, prepare and clean parts, feed and repackage parts, execute the production schedule with general housekeeping and inventory management responsibilities.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to midnight
Work is completed in a year-round, climate-controlled environment.
On the job training will be provided.
This is a direct hire with employer provided benefits available after 90 days of employment.
Qualifications include:
- 4 plus years in manufacturing environment
- Previous machine operation
- Good mechanical skills, good verbal and communication skills
- Ability to understand engineering prints and bill of materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Previous lamination experience helpful
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
