Position: Long Term Substitute Elementary Special Education Teacher
Location: Harrington Elementary School
Assignment Dates: 10/18/2026- 12/23/2026 (Dates are subject to change)
General Description: The successful candidate will assume the role and responsibilities of a Elementary Special Education Teacher from 10/18/26- 12/23/26 (dates are subject to change). Responsibilities include: Coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide specific services. Confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment. Assist and guide ancillary personnel. Attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed. The successful candidate would be teaching in a self-contained classroom servicing students with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
