Chef Joe’s Catering & Restaurant is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and can keep up in a busy kitchen environment.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Chef Joe’s standards
- Set up and maintain your station before, during, and after service
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner
- Maintain proper food quality, portioning, and presentation
- Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Communicate effectively with the Chef and other kitchen staff
- Assist with prep, catering production, and special events as needed
- Properly store and label food and help minimize waste
- Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
