Chef Joe’s Catering & Restaurant is hiring a dependable Part-Time Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team!
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, organized, and ready to be part of a busy kitchen team. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent part-time hours and an opportunity to learn and grow in a professional kitchen.
Schedule
Thursday, Friday & Saturday
What You’ll Do
- Keep dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
- Maintain a clean and organized dish area
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation
- Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients
- Help with kitchen setup and breakdown
- Keep prep areas stocked and organized
- Properly store and label food
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed
- Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service
What We’re Looking For

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willingness to learn
- Team player who takes direction well
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
