What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Sawtooth Kitchen?
Sawtooth Kitchen in downtown Hanover, NH is hiring for line cooks starting at $20/hr. We are a from-scratch seasonal American comfort food restaurant in a revamped basement space that is also a live music venue with something going on most days of the week. We are looking for someone for 2pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday, but can be flexible based on your needs. Your responsibilities would include opening the line for service, working the line during dinner and prepping food for use in the restaurant. Some of the benefits of working for us are:
