Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates.
- Assign work, monitor productivity, and coach employees.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.
- Train new employees and support ongoing development.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience leading a warehouse team.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and WMS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Wear required PPE.
- Lead by example through professionalism and integrity.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Hold employees accountable consistently and fairly.
