What You Will Do
● Own all new business development for warehousing and value added services
● Leverage an existing book of business to drive immediate revenue
● Prospect, qualify, and close mid market customers
● Target companies in the $20 to $40 million revenue range
● Sell warehousing solutions focused on consumer durables
● Sell kitting, light assembly, and customs deferral services
● Build and manage a consistent sales funnel
● Drive predictable lead generation and deal flow
● Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
● Help define sales process, messaging, and future hiring strategy
Required Experience
● Proven experience selling 3PL or warehousing services
● Direct experience with warehouse based logistics solutions
● Existing book of business with transferable customer relationships
● Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing economics
● Track record of closing net new logos
● Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end to end
