We’re seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of client communication and project execution from day one.
This role is not task-only—you will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for keeping projects on track, aligning internal teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across campaigns.
This is best suited for someone who is detail-obsessed, proactive, and comfortable in a client-facing role within a fast-moving agency environment.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate and drive execution across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content campaigns
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal accountability across multiple projects
- Lead client communications, including updates, reporting, and status calls
- Translate client goals into clear internal action plans
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all deliverables
- Support performance reporting and identify areas for optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (GPA 3.7 required)
- Strong communicator with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
