Overview
Chattaroy Cabinet co is! a locally owned family run business looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented additional sales and design consultant to join our growing team. As a local and family owned company we are incredibly people oriented and are willing to train if need be!

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their kitchen renovation needs, offering tailored solutions that showcase your product knowledge and expertise
• Utilize design software to create detailed layout plans that align with customer preferences and space requirements In a accurate and complete manor.
• Conduct product demonstrations and Showcase product on what makes our product special.
• Assist customers in selecting materials, fixtures, lighting, and accessories while upselling premium options to enhance project value
• Manage inside sales transactions complete with accurate order forms.
• Collaborate with clients and team members on remodeling projects, providing guidance from initial concept through installation coordination
• Maintain organized product displays, Present yourself in a professional way.
• Develop strong lead pipeline development and hold a adequate close ratio with proper customer satisfaction

Prefered qualities

• Be motivated to improve sales numbers month over month while maintaining adequate levels of customer service and order accuracy.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close sales effectively
• Familiarity with renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and interior design principles
• organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing, measurements, and inventory management
• Experience with design software such as CAD, 2020, and MSMV.
• Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly growing and changing business and industry

Compensation is a minimum threshold draw, with a base and a 10% commission Rate. average compensation ranges from 3500 to 6000 per month, however Commission rates have been as high as 15000 with no cap on commissions!
