Big Think is seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Coordinator to prospect and schedule meetings with marketing and media decision-makers at enterprise brands and agencies. This role focuses on building a qualified pipeline for advertising and branded content partnerships across Big Think’s platform.
What You’ll Do
- Identify enterprise-level brands and media agency partners aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voice
- Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders
- Leverage AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach, and streamline pipeline workflows
- Book qualified sales meetings for the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in Salesforce
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a media company, publisher, agency, or advertising environment
- Demonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and scheduling with senior executives
- Hands-on experience using AI agents and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools) in a professional context
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and builds opportunities proactively
- Resilient and persistent in outbound prospecting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
