Manufacturing/distribution/supply chain/logistics/operational workflow experience strongly preferred. Does not need to be AI engineer but must understand how AI solutions get implemented, adopted, governed, and measured.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional AI initiatives through full project lifecycle (requirements, planning, design/build/development, implementation, hyper-care)
- Support AI program framework, governance model, scoring, ranking, prioritization, and value tracking
- Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify/prioritize/execute AI use cases
- Translate business problems into AI-ready problems with clear success metrics (ROI, adoption, performance improvement, value)
- Develop/manage project plans, charters, communication plans, testing plans, implementation plans, risk logs, status reporting
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, quality
- Coordinate technology teams, vendors, platforms, third-party partners
- Manage AI-specific risks: data quality, bias, explainability, security, compliance, adoption
- Oversee AI pilots, proofs of concept, production deployments, post-launch monitoring
- Lead AI-focused change management for business adoption
- Facilitate executive workshops, roundtables, steering discussions, project updates
- Present prioritized use cases, scoring rationale, program health, milestones, risks, decisions, value delivered
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods
- Help mature PMO practices
- 7-10 years leading cross-functional technology, automation, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience delivering AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or data-driven solutions in corporate environment
- Managing multiple related initiatives/workstreams: prioritization, planning, execution, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, value tracking
- Defining AI use cases, clarifying business problems, assessing feasibility, establishing success metrics (ROI, adoption, productivity, cost savings, performance, operational improvement)
- Supporting governance, intake, scoring, ranking, prioritization, or roadmap planning for technology/AI initiatives
- Managing AI pilots, proofs of concept, internal AI agents, automation tools, analytics solutions, or production AI deployments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, foodservice, packaging, or similar operationally intensive environments (strongly preferred)
- Translating business needs into practical AI-ready opportunities
- Strong communication and facilitation with executives, business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, project teams
- Diplomatically managing unrealistic AI expectations, guiding toward feasible/measurable solutions
- Comfortable being strategic and hands-on: building plans, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, tracking risks, driving follow-ups, maintaining momentum
- Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience with Anthropic's Claude toolset
- Experience with Microsoft AI tools: Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, Power Platform
