Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
- Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services.
- Focus on AI-driven solutions, including agents, automation, LLM apps, and MVPs.
- Attend industry events to generate and close high-quality deals.
- Build and manage the outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, email events, and partnerships.
- Experience: Must have experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies.
