What You'll Do
AI Solution Design and Development
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models and generative AI applications.
- Develop AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation solutions.
- Translate business requirements into effective AI solutions and prompt frameworks.
- Improve AI output quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries, templates, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and systems.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and workflow automations.
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, knowledge repositories, and business applications.
- Develop multi-step AI workflows to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences.
- Evaluate and optimize agent performance, reliability, and business impact.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
- Conduct testing and experimentation to improve prompt performance and model outcomes.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and success metrics for AI solutions.
- Analyze AI outputs and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce inaccuracies.
- Monitor AI performance and recommend enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, models, tools, and industry best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven process improvements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business needs and operational challenges.
- Provide recommendations on AI use cases, automation opportunities, and implementation strategies.
- Assist with AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
- Support change management, user adoption, and AI training initiatives.
- Create and maintain prompt documentation, testing results, implementation guides, and best practices.
- Document AI workflows, business requirements, and solution designs.
- Share knowledge and educate team members on AI capabilities and emerging trends.
- Support the development of standards and processes for AI usage across the organization.
- Experience: 3-5 years hands-on in AI, generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI solution development.
- Prompt Engineering: Demonstrated creation, testing, and optimization of prompts for large language models.
- Workflow Design: Designing and optimizing AI-powered workflows, agents, and multi-step automations.
- Agent Solutions: Developing agent-based solutions for reasoning, task execution, data retrieval, and workflow automation.
- AI Platforms: Hands-on with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Amazon Bedrock, or similar.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluating AI performance, refining outputs, and improving prompt effectiveness.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, model behavior, context management, and output optimization. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with APIs, JSON, integrations, AI development platforms. Experience orchestrating LLMs with external tools, APIs, knowledge bases, and business systems.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, or similar.
- Governance: Understanding of AI governance, prompt security, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication. Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Preferred: Experience with AWS AI services, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or healthcare/benefits administration/regulated industries.
