As GTM Engineer, you will design and develop agentic systems and tools to power the revenue engine. You will work at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and generative AI, partnering with GTM, engineering, and product teams to drive leads, accelerate pipeline, and scale the business.
What You'll Do
- Demand Generation: Design, build, and operate an AI-native demand generation engine; treat inbound/outbound demand generation as a product; use enrichment tools to build prospect lists and automate outreach.
- Sales Process Automation: Automate repetitive sales steps using AI (e.g., follow-ups, scheduling, CRM updates); improve win rates with AI-powered processes.
- Post-Sales & Expansion: Improve customer health scoring and expansion signal detection; automate lifecycle touchpoints.
- Systems & Infrastructure: Build data pipelines, integrations, and internal tools; partner with Engineering as an embedded product owner; evolve the GTM tech stack.
- New leads and qualified pipeline to hit business objectives
- Improved sales win rates, cycle times, and reduced manual effort
- Quarter-over-quarter improvements in expansion pipeline and post-sales results
- GTM team operates faster and more effectively due to built systems
- 3 years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Growth Engineering, or similar technical role
- Hybrid builder: proficient in code (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) and no-code/low-code tools
- Experience with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) for automated calling
- Proven ability to take projects from 0→1: scope, build, ship, iterate
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven improvement
- Excellent cross-functional communicator (sales, marketing, CS, engineering)
- High ownership mindset, self-starter
- Hands-on experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Experience building agentic AI systems or LLM-powered workflows
