Role Summary

You will be a technical decision-maker for the AI systems layer, owning architecture, standards, and service contracts. Responsibilities include AI architecture design, LLM integration, agent systems, evaluation frameworks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect context augmentation pipelines (RAG, CAG, agentic file exploration, etc.)
• Design chunking strategies, embedding models, and retrieval for user-owned documents
• Manage LLM APIs and deploy multi-agent systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph)
• Build evaluation frameworks for output quality and safety
• Optimize pipelines for latency, cost, and throughput
• Deploy AI systems on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab
• Collaborate on AI security posture
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years building production AI systems
• 5 years software engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and context augmentation
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
• Data privacy and infrastructure knowledge
  
  

Preferred

• Node.js or .NET
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
• Experience with local open-source models
• MLOps tooling
