Responsibilities
- Create clear, high-impact content for customer emails, enablement materials, member-facing campaigns, special programming, educational resources, and customer toolkits.
- Build, test, and send customer-facing emails (product updates, announcements, onboarding).
- Manage and format communications within ClickDimensions, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and quality.
- Support member lifecycle campaigns by providing content for onboarding, feature adoption, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure messaging consistency across B2B and B2C audiences.
- 1-3 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and action.
- Experience creating email communications, educational or product-related content, and client-facing materials.
- Hands-on experience with an email platform (e.g., ClickDimensions, HubSpot, Marketo).
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
- Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate feedback.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or digital health.
- Exposure to B2B2C or lifecycle marketing environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-aware or regulated content.
