CRM & Digital Content Specialist

Job Summary: Execute email programs, coordinate promotional website content, and integrate AI tools into daily workflows to serve customers with the right wine at the right time. This role reports to the Head of CRM and offers significant growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Execution & Support: Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns using Braze and AI tools; manage the weekly email calendar; build audience segments; communicate campaign details and troubleshoot emails with Customer Service.
• Website Content & Digital Merchandising: Manage content updates on wine.com using Contentful; ensure alignment between email and web content; QA site content for errors.
• Reporting & Analytics: Pull and synthesize campaign and site performance data using AI tools; collaborate with Analytics on tracking improvements; maintain data hygiene and QA processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, digital content coordination, or related marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with a CMS (Contentful preferred) or similar headless CMS.
• Experience with an ESP (Braze strongly preferred).
• Ability to build audience segments using Boolean logic.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email or willingness to learn with AI assistance.
• Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for content creation, analysis, coding, or automation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Liquid Templating or interest in learning.
• Experience with Braze Connected Content or API-driven personalization.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools or light scripting.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Comfort with A/B testing setup and methodology.

Compensation Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually
