Lead the commercial strategy, relationship, and execution for Aimpoint Digital's partnership with Anthropic, building scalable GTM motions for Claude and agentic AI solutions in the enterprise consulting space.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for the Anthropic partnership, including annual planning, market segments, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
- Serve as primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders (partner, sales, product, executive teams).
- Develop market-ready Claude and agentic AI offerings in collaboration with practice leaders.
- Create joint value propositions linking Anthropic capabilities with Aimpoint Digital's strengths in AI strategy, data platforms, and production-grade implementation.
- Drive pipeline creation through account planning, sales plays, demos, workshops, and partner-led introductions.
- Build and manage the operating cadence for the partnership, including pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Develop reusable IP, solution accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Stay current on Anthropic's product roadmap and enterprise AI trends.
- Act as internal evangelist for the partnership, educating teams on opportunity identification and positioning.
- 10 years in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, technology consulting, enterprise sales, or partner sales.
- Experience building alongside hyperscaler, AI model provider, or modern data platform GTM teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise consulting services (advisory, implementation, managed services).
- Proven ability to develop GTM plans, account plays, and executive-ready communications.
- Track record of driving pipeline and revenue in partnership with sales teams.
- Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption patterns, including governance, security, and value measurement.
- Experience developing GenAI strategy or AI agent offerings.
- Entrepreneurial, build-stage mentality; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to synthesize complex AI, data, and business considerations into clear narratives.
- Credible with executives, field sellers, and technical teams.
- Relationship-oriented, driven by measurable outcomes.
