We’re seeking an experienced Vice President, Controller to lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple entities. This role is a key strategic partner to the CFO, providing oversight of accounting functions, financial planning, and debt management while ensuring adherence to GAAP and strong internal controls.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee tax filings, audits, and treasury functions, including debt financing and investments
- Manage accounts payable, billing, collections, and general accounting operations
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA required; MBA preferred)
- 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5 years in leadership
- Strong background in governmental, nonprofit, or public debt financing
- Expertise with ERP and financial systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and work collaboratively with senior leadership
