About the Role:
We’re hiring a Field Service Technician in Ventura, CA to support ATM hardware maintenance and repair. This hands-on role involves diagnosing issues, replacing components, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs at the module level
- Diagnose ATM issues using error logs and service call details
- Maintain accurate inventory and service records
- Ensure security protocols are followed at financial institutions
- Complete NCR-specific training and certifications
- Provide timely updates and reports on service calls
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexible availability: nights, weekends, on-call, and overtime
- Reliable transportation and smartphone (Android/iPhone)
- Basic tools required (e.g., #1/#2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical field
- Prior experience with NCR or similar ATM equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and travel
- Daily dispatch or scheduled service calls
