Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst / DBA I to support data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the MyInsight Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role focuses on analyzing, auditing, and correcting front‑desk and clinical data using SQL, with strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Use SQL and MyInsight reports to identify and correct data quality issues
• Audit and correct front‑desk data (insurance, benefits, checkout status)
• Ensure clinical service records are complete, accurate, and billable
• Resolve missing visits, incorrect service entries, and coding gaps (E/M, ICD, CPT)
• Validate vaccination admin fees for Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance
• Identify, merge, and clean up duplicate patient records
• Document current data entry workflows and develop SOPs for clinical programs

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HIT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 2 years hands‑on experience with EHR systems (MyInsight/Netsmart preferred)
• Strong SQL skills for querying and reporting
• Experience with healthcare billing & insurance (Medicaid, Medicare, Private)
• Working knowledge of ICD/CPT coding and E/M documentation

Preferred

• Public health or clinical environment experience
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
