bringing dream celebrations to life, and we’re looking for a talented Lead Wedding
Coordinator to help make every couple’s vision a reality. You will lead and direct event staff, vendors, and timeline execution.
Lead Coordinators may manage multiple clients simultaneously. Typical workload includes 2-3 active planning clients per month depending on seasonality.
About the Role:
As our Lead Wedding Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for couples,
guiding them through the planning process and ensuring their special day runs
seamlessly. From managing timelines and coordinating vendors to overseeing event
execution, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for couples, providing expert guidance and support
- Coordinate and manage all wedding-day logistics, including setup, timeline
execution, and vendor coordination
- Lead venue walkthroughs, wedding rehearsals, planning meetings, and final
details consultations
- Oversee day-of team and ensure clear communication between all involved
parties
- Anticipate and resolve challenges proactively to create a stress-free experience
for clients
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, clients, and team members to maintain
high service standard
Planning responsibilities are based on the service package and may include partial or month-of coordination, with clearly defined scope and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in wedding/event coordination, hospitality, or a related
field
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Personality: Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and passionate about
weddings
- Flexibility: Available to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as
needed
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with vendors
and clients
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using event management software and Google Suite
