Tropical Moon Events is growing, and we’re expanding our coordination team to support the beautiful weddings we’re honored to produce across Hawai‘i.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, hospitality-driven, calm under pressure, and passionate about the magic of weddings.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being part of a couple’s biggest day, thrives in a support leadership hybrid role, and brings both heart and professionalism to every event. Bonus points if you also have marketing, communications, or event production experience — because our dream candidate can support us on wedding days and help elevate our brand behind the scenes.

🌙 Wedding day coordination & timeline execution
🌙 Styling décor setups ensuring the design vision comes to life
🌙 Vendor communication day-of logistics
🌙 Guiding guests, bridal party, and VIPs throughout the day
🌙 Troubleshooting calmly and efficiently (we love a steady presence!)
🌙 Capturing behind-the-scenes content (if you have an eye for marketing)
🌙 Occasional support on projects, admin tasks, or communications
🌙 Representing our brand with aloha at all times

✨ About You & Your Experience ✨
Our ideal coordinator is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You’re comfortable taking the lead on event days while also being a supportive, collaborative team player.
You may be a perfect fit if you:
🌙 Have experience in event planning, communications, or hospitality (highly preferred!)
🌙 Have some marketing skills (content capture, writing, IG/Canva experience = huge bonus!)
🌙 Are a great communicator — warm, clear, and confident
🌙 Love checklists, timelines, and beautifully organized spreadsheets
🌙 Can stay calm, professional, and kind — even on busy wedding days
🌙 Enjoy being around love stories, pretty details, and stunning Hawai‘i venues
🌙 Work well with a team and love helping others shine
Extra points if you have experience with:
🌺 Canva (or design tools)
🌺 Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest
🌺 Photography or video content capturing
🌺 Social media scheduling apps
🌺 Vendor management or event production workflows
