Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Some overtime and weekend work may be required based on customer and seasonal needs.
What You'll Do
Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
Troubleshoot a variety of heating and cooling equipment
Identify system problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions
Help customers understand repair versus replacement options
Perform preventive maintenance and system evaluations
Evaluate airflow and system performance
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
Complete service documentation accurately
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Charlotte Heating & Air
Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every service call
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Insurable driving record
Experience servicing and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems
Familiarity with a wide range of heating and cooling equipment
Ability to make repair-versus-replacement recommendations
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Knowledge of air-balancing principles and techniques
Ability to work independently and take ownership of service calls
Personal set of HVAC service tools
Dependable and professional work habits
Preferred Qualifications
Universal EPA Certification
1 years of HVAC preventive maintenance or service experience
Additional HVAC technical training or certifications
