HVAC Service Technician, Residential | $25-$40/hr $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Location: Cornelius, NC
Pay: $25-$40 hourly Commission, Bonuses
Allied Aire is hiring an experienced an HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team on residential projects. We're looking for a technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, solving them correctly, and delivering outstanding service to homeowners.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and indoor equipment
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Complete occasional HVAC installations as needed
- Communicate repair options clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Follow company safety standards and manufacturer specifications
What You Bring
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systems
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM with overtime and rotating on-call.
