Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours) / PT Flexible, day nights and weekends
Job Summary: We are currently seeking candidates for office positions
* Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financing and other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Answering phones: solve customer questions/complaints or redirecting the issue to the appropriate department.
- Waiting on customers and processing payments in the form of Cash, Check, Financing, Credit Card or Gift Card.
- Balancing the cash drawer, credit card settlements, Entering Financing Applications and Authorizations. Depositing checks through the Internet.
- Candidate must have a friendly disposition, good work ethic, and some problem-solving skills.
- Work week consists of Week days, nights & weekends. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable collections,
