Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Duties
- Manage employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate employee data management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Provide support in strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
- Facilitate change management processes to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing using systems such as UltiPro, Ceridian, and ADP.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and improve workplace dynamics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Ceridian) and data entry processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and change management initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
