What You’ll Do
- Provide community-based mental health and substance use services to children and families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide individualized care
- Develop and implement recovery-focused service plans with clear, measurable goals
- Deliver evidence-based, brief, and solution-focused therapy (individual and family)
- Support families through case management and care coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Meet clients where they are—in homes, schools, and community settings
- Participate in team staffing and treatment planning meetings twice weekly
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards

- Master’s degree in a Human Services field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
