Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Join our nursing team and make a difference by providing quality care and support to our residents.

Pay: $32.00-$39.42 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who waive certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active state LPN license required.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
