MDS Coordinator (RN)
Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our skilled nursing team.
Salary: $90,000 per year Quality Measure Bonus opportunity up to $7,500 annually! Salary increases are tied to facility census.
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident assessments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting appropriate reimbursement and quality outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active RN license required
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
MDS experience preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
Experienced SNF nurses with limited MDS experience are encouraged to apply. Training and support are available for the right candidate.
