Job Summary:
Vandalia Health is seeking two Registration Representatives to join our team at Wedgewood Clinic in Cheat Lake, WV. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting patients with registration, scheduling, and general front desk operations.
Schedule:
- Rotating schedule
- One weekend every five weeks
Responsibilities:
- Greet and register patients in a professional and timely manner
- Verify patient information, insurance, and demographics
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide general administrative support to clinic operations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
