CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Location: Washington D.C/NCR
Clearance: Public Trust
Key Responsibilities
- Manages CDR tracking, IMS maintenance support, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
- Manages PIV enrollment and compliance tracking for all personnel.
- Prepares draft Monthly Status Reports (CDR 3) and Transition Status Reports (CDR 1).
- Maintains SharePoint site structure and document organization.
- Provides surge administrative support during peak delivery windows.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of federal program or project coordination experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing CDR tracking, document control, and scheduling in a federal contracting environment.
- Experience supporting PIV enrollment and compliance processes preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
- Associate’s degree with 5 years of directly relevant federal program coordination experience may be substituted
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint required for assignment
