CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Location: Washington D.C/NCR
Clearance: Public Trust
Key Responsibilities
- Owns QCP and QASP execution across all phases.
- Administers peer review gate for all CDR deliverables.
- Tracks IV&V findings from receipt through closure.
- Conducts PDCA reviews and facilitates Root Cause Analysis for any deliverable returned for revision.
- Supports G&A internal audit process. Maintains deliverable review records in SharePoint.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of quality assurance experience in a federal government or federal contractor environment.
- Demonstrated experience administering a Quality Control Plan and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
- Experience with PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, and process improvement in a document-intensive delivery environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or other relevant discipline required.
- ISO 9001 internal auditor training required. CMMI awareness training preferred. Additional quality certifications (ASQ CQA, CQE) a plus but not required.
