Join Charger Water Treatment Products as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for a dependable and efficient Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Poland, Ohio. In this role, you will be a vital part of our supply chain, responsible for assembling, receiving, organizing, and preparing water treatment products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Assemble water treatment products as per company standards.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Monday -Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Basic computer skills for handling inventory systems.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- $18 / hour
- Quarterly bonuses when goals are met, and dependent on your Internal Audit Score.
