Join Charger Water Treatment Products as a Warehouse/Driver! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Katy, TEXAS location. In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse duties including receiving, picking, assembling, packing, and shipping water treatment products, as well as safely driving our 16 foot - 26-foot box truck to deliver products to customers within our service area. This is a key position that ensures the efficient movement of our products from warehouse to customer.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the 16 foot - 26-foot box truck for product deliveries.
- Receive and properly store incoming inventory.
- Pick, assemble, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicle efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Comply with all safety and DOT regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Medical DOT certification is preferred. We can provide physical examination.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 75 lbs.
- Previous warehouse and/or delivery driving experience preferred but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with availability for occasional overtime.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- $18 / hour
- Quarterly bonuses dependent on profitability of the branch, inventory turns, and audit score.
- $100 Quarterly bonus for answering emails 1/x week and participating in our company-wide culture program.
- Hire-on bonus that accrues to $1000 at the end of your first year.
