Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage inventory organization, maintain stock accuracy, catalog products, and fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently and our customers receive the right parts—fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for quick and accurate access
- Catalog incoming products and update inventory systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day and next-day delivery
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse conditions
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries (forklift experience is a must)
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, order entry, etc.)
- Forklift experience
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
