Join our team as an experienced HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical skills, a solid background in HVAC and construction, and valid certifications, including R-410A and Journeyman Licenses. \n- Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.
- Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Experience in HVAC, construction, including accurate takeoff’s estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing and invoicing.
- Required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.
- Requires at least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact position.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
- Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
- Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
