The Continuous Improvement Specialist with 10-15 years of experience is responsible for leading projects across all aspects of the business, focusing on continuous operational improvement processes, waste reduction, and problem-solving methods using lean principles and methodologies. The role involves developing and sustaining continuous improvement processes, metrics, and tools to support key deliverables in safety, quality, delivery, cost reduction, growth, and innovation. Collaboration with colleagues and functional leaders is essential in accomplishing project goals.
\n- Lead projects to optimize existing processes for waste reduction and cost control in all functional areas of the business.
- Develop and implement training programs, coach, mentor, and provide training to colleagues and employees at all levels on lean principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Define and communicate a lean transformation plan for continuous improvement activities to achieve future targets.
- Drive the adoption of lean culture throughout the organization and initiate measurable business process improvements.
- Collaborate with teams to identify problems, analyze data, and implement process solutions.
- Identify obstacles to success and seek support from leadership as needed.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with set objectives.
- Support the investigation and implementation of countermeasures for quality and safety concerns.
- Proficiency in lean principles, tools, concepts, and methodologies.
- Strong project management skills.

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
