Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment systems. Duties

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
• Install, upgrade, and calibrate various appliances and mechanical systems following schematics and technical manuals.
• Diagnose issues using technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes efficiently.
• Conduct HVAC system repairs including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigerant management to ensure optimal climate control.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for all equipment repairs and replacements.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for on-site service calls or equipment transportation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects or assist with construction-related tasks when required.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings accurately.
• Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning systems, and HVAC technology.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices across various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients or team members about technical issues.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building maintenance projects is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
