Banquet Server/Bartender

Duties

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences
• Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces to create an elegant dining environment
• Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout service periods
• Assist with catering setup, breakdown, and bussing to support smooth event operations
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

• Serving experience is required. (must be able to carry a tray)
• Experience with banquet or catering service preferred
• Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and food safety procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions using POS systems and calculating bills
• Knowledge of food Service, coffee service, and beverage presentation techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or supplies, and work efficiently in fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential

Pay: $8.00 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
