QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fully certified and licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan
• Knowledgeable in current therapy techniques for students with various impairments

• Provide occupational therapy services to students
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to evaluate or re-evaluate students suspected of having a disability
• Interpret assessment findings and relate them to educational performance and needs
• Consult with teachers, instructional aides and parents to implement intervention

• Write accurate, concise, evaluation reports based on the analysis of assessment data
• Write goals that are highly appropriate to the situation and age of the student
• Coordinate highly coherent service plans
• Establish and maintain lines of productive and respectful communication between and

• Establish meaningful relationships with students in order to support service delivery
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or
