Responsibilities
- Green and engage customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Volkswagen vehicles, highlighting features and technology
- Conduct test drives and explain warranties, maintenance programs, and ownership benefits
- Guide customers through pricing, negotiations, and closing the sale with Sales Management support
- Complete sales and financing paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Stay current on Volkswagen inventory, features, promotions, and financing programs
- Deliver sold vehicles and assist with technology setup and vehicle orientation
- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Respond to internet, phone, and showroom leads and schedule appointments
- Log all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field required
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and new technology
- Strong work ethic with a customer-first mindset
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
