What You’ll Do
- Greet showroom guests and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
- Recommend vehicles that best fit the customer’s lifestyle and requirements
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through the vehicle selection process
- Suggest additional packages, accessories, and options that enhance the vehicle ownership experience
- Work with customers and dealership staff to overcome objections and finalize deals
- Assist customers with completing purchase and financing paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles to customers and help set up vehicle technology and features
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Respond to phone and internet sales leads promptly and track activities in the CRM system

- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, business development, etc.)
- Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
- Dealership hours: Monday–Friday 8am–9pm | Saturday 8am–8pm | Closed Sunday
