Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule service appointments and answer customer questions regarding dealership services
- Make outbound calls regarding recalls, declined services, and overdue appointments
- Support customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and helpful service
- Manage and coordinate the dealership’s fleet of loaner vehicles
- File customer repaid orders and complete general clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain a positive and organized front office environment
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
