Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and functional service areas, showrooms, offices, and dealership facilities
- Complete minor cosmetic repairs, including drywall patching and paint touch-ups
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Maintain organization and inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
- Identify and report maintenance issues requiring additional repairs or vendor support
- Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed to support daily dealership operations
- At least 1 year of general building maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience required
- Basic knowledge of building systems, repair techniques, and hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
